Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
Retryx delivers other people's data to servers on the internet, so it must not be used to harm people, systems or the service itself. This policy applies to everyone using the Service and forms part of the Terms of Service.
You must not
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to send, store or deliver content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you have no right to process.
- Use destinations to attack, scan, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system, including attempting to reach private, internal or cloud-metadata addresses, or to bypass our outbound protections (for example by DNS tricks or redirects).
- Send malware, phishing or deceptive content, or use webhooks to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through your destinations.
- Probe, test or circumvent the Service’s security, rate limits, quotas, plan limits or billing; share or sell access to your account; or use multiple accounts to evade limits.
- Interfere with the Service or other customers, including traffic that degrades performance beyond your plan’s limits.
- Send special categories of sensitive data (for example payment card numbers, government identifiers or health records) unless you are legally permitted to and have taken your own required safeguards.
- Reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing service from our non-public interfaces.
How we enforce it
We may rate limit, block or suspend traffic, destinations, users or organizations that appear to violate this policy, with or without notice where urgent, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. Repeated or serious violations may lead to termination.
Reporting abuse or a vulnerability
Tell us through the contact form and mention “abuse” or “security”. For a vulnerability, please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly and do not access data that is not yours.
