Frequently asked questions
- What counts as an event?
- One accepted webhook, after de-duplication. Delivery attempts, retries, duplicate deliveries from your sender, events dropped by your filters or schema validation, and test-console events are never billed.
- What happens when I reach my limit?
- On the Free plan new events are rejected with a 429 and a Retry-After header until the period resets or you upgrade. On paid plans events keep flowing and overage is billed (for example $0.50 per 1,000 on Starter). You are warned at 80% and 100%.
- Are replays billed?
- Not on the standard plans: replaying events after you fix a problem does not count as new events. A fair-use cap applies (up to 10% of your included events per month).
- Is there a free trial?
- Paid plans start with a 14-day trial the first time you subscribe.
- Can I change or cancel any time?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, and cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period, after which your organization moves to Free. Your data and history are kept.
- What about enterprise needs?
- Custom volumes, retention, limits and invoicing are available. Contact us and we will set up a plan for you.
