RetryxCookie Policy

Retryx uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. On our public marketing pages (not inside the signed-in app) we also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
What we set

Analytics on public pages
On the public pages (home, features, pricing, tools, documentation, about, legal and contact) we load Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It sets first-party cookies and collects page views, approximate location, device and browser type, and referrer.

Analytics is not loaded in the signed-in dashboard, the admin area or on sign-in and registration pages, and it is not loaded if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block it with a browser extension, your browser’s cookie settings, or Google’s opt-out add-on.
Strictly necessary items
The sign-in, CSRF and preference items in the first table are strictly necessary for the service you request or are preferences you set yourself, and are not used to track you.
Third parties
Google (analytics, public pages only) and, if you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe: you are sent to Stripe-hosted pages (Checkout and the customer portal) where Stripe may set its own cookies. See their policies for details. Retryx does not load other third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; you will be signed out and your preferences reset. Blocking the necessary cookies means you cannot sign in.
